1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and epal33 ("epal33", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the epal33 website accessible at https://epal33.cam and all associated services, products, features, and content offered therein.

epal33 is an internationally licensed online gaming and sports betting platform. We offer online casino games, live dealer tables, sports wagering, e-sports markets, and related entertainment services to registered adult members.

This Agreement applies in full to every interaction you have with the platform, including browsing, account registration, deposits, game participation, bonus claims, withdrawal requests, and use of customer support. 2. Definitions

• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a Player on the epal33 platform.
• "Balance" means the total MYR funds held in a Player's account, including cash balance and any applicable bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded under a specific offer that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Cash Balance" means real-money funds deposited by the Player and not subject to wagering conditions, unless co-mingled with active bonus play.
• "Game Contribution" means the percentage of a wager that counts toward satisfying a bonus wagering requirement, which varies by game type.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate amount a Player must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the epal33 website, mobile interface, games, software, and supporting infrastructure.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which online gambling is unlawful or in which epal33 does not hold the necessary authorisation to offer services.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator, the certified software mechanism that produces fair, unpredictable outcomes in non-live casino games.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the account registration process, checking any acceptance box where presented, or by continuing to use the epal33 platform after any amendments have been communicated, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. You have read and understood this Agreement in its entirety.
2. You meet all eligibility criteria described in Section 4.
3. You are entering into this Agreement voluntarily and of your own free will.
4. You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
5. You accept all financial risk associated with gambling activities on epal33.

epal33 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

4. Account Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any gambling activity on the epal33 platform. This age requirement is strictly enforced in accordance with responsible gambling standards applicable to internationally licensed online gaming operations. epal33 will request documentary proof of age as part of the standard KYC process and may do so at any time during your membership.

4.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing epal33 is lawful in your jurisdiction. epal33 does not offer services to residents of jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited by applicable legislation. Players who access the platform from a restricted territory do so at their own risk, and epal33 reserves the right to void any account or wager placed from such a location.

4.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on epal33. Multi-accounting — the creation of more than one account per person, whether under the same or different identifying details — is strictly prohibited. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended, all pending transactions cancelled, and any bonus balances forfeited.

4.4 Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

5. Account Registration

Account registration requires you to provide a valid email address, a secure password, your full name, and your date of birth, among other details as specified during the registration process. Upon submission, you will be asked to verify your email address before full platform access is granted.

epal33 may, at its sole discretion, decline a registration application without providing a reason. epal33 is not obligated to accept every application received.

5.1 KYC Verification

epal33 operates a tiered KYC process. Standard verification requires a government-issued photo identity document and proof of address. Enhanced due diligence may be required for accounts with higher transaction volumes, or where epal33 has cause to investigate the source of funds. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful completion of any outstanding KYC requirement.

5.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share your username or password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify epal33 support immediately. epal33 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to secure account credentials.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

epal33 currently supports deposits and withdrawals through the following channels, subject to availability and applicable processing conditions:

• Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank direct transfers
• Touch 'n Go eWallet

6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically reflected in your account balance within minutes of a confirmed transaction. epal33 does not charge fees for standard deposits, however your financial institution or eWallet provider may apply their own charges. Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed within the cashier section at the time of transaction.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC clearance and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. epal33 aims to process eligible withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals must be made to an account or method in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited. epal33 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before authorising any withdrawal.

6.4 Currency

The primary account currency on epal33 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All balances, transactions, and bonus values are expressed in MYR unless explicitly stated otherwise for cryptocurrency accounts. Currency conversion charges may apply where a transaction originates in a different denomination.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Eligibility and Claiming

Promotional offers available on epal33 are subject to individual offer terms. Each promotion specifies eligible player groups, qualifying deposit amounts, bonus percentage, maximum bonus award, wagering requirement, game contribution rates, and expiry window. Players must satisfy all stated conditions before a bonus can be released for withdrawal.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x). A 35x wagering requirement on a bonus of MYR 200 requires a total of MYR 7,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before the bonus can be converted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Some games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering.

7.3 Maximum Bet While Bonus Is Active

While bonus funds are active in your account, individual single bets may not exceed a maximum threshold as specified in the individual offer terms — typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500. Placing bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are in play may result in forfeiture of the entire bonus and any associated winnings.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry a defined validity window, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of award or first qualifying deposit, as stated in the individual offer terms. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus amounts will be removed from an account upon expiry without compensation.

7.5 Abuse and Misuse of Promotions

epal33 monitors bonus activity and reserves the right to withhold, reclaim, or void any bonus — and any winnings derived from it — where epal33 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player or group of Players has exploited a promotion, engaged in low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, or otherwise acted in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

The specific rules governing each game type, sports market, live casino table, or instant-win product are set out within the respective game interface or sportsbook section. These rules form part of this Agreement by reference. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly relating to game operation.

Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. epal33 reserves the right to void, suspend, or revise bets where market errors, data feed failures, or integrity concerns are identified. Acceptance of a bet is not guaranteed until a confirmation message is displayed.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by live dealers in licensed studios. epal33 does not manipulate game outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages vary by game and are based on long-term statistical performance across millions of rounds.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the epal33 platform. Any Player found engaging in any of the following activities will have their account suspended or permanently closed, with balances forfeited where permitted:

• Registration by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading account information
• Creation of more than one account (multi-accounting)
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity that violates applicable financial regulations
• Chargebacks or reversal of verified deposits without authorisation from epal33
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing epal33 staff or other players
• Any act that disrupts, overloads, or compromises the technical infrastructure of the platform

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the epal33 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, audio, and visual elements — is the property of epal33 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorisation from epal33. Unauthorised use of epal33 intellectual property may give rise to legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, epal33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through normal or prohibited play
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond epal33's reasonable control
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security
• Any reliance on information published on the platform

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, epal33's total liability to you in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during that period.

12. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by the epal33 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. epal33 collects only the data necessary to operate accounts, process transactions, and satisfy regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Amendments to These Terms

epal33 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Where a change is considered materially significant, epal33 may additionally notify registered Players via their registered email address. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Termination and Account Closure

You may request closure of your epal33 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed promptly. Any withdrawable cash balance will be returned to you via an approved payment method after applicable verification checks. Active bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

epal33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, where it is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority, or where continued operation of the account presents a financial, legal, or integrity risk. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, epal33 may withhold account balances pending investigation or as required by applicable law.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or in connection with it shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which epal33 holds its gaming licence. epal33 strives to resolve all player disputes promptly and fairly through its internal support process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with epal33 support, you may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority applicable to your account jurisdiction. epal33 will cooperate fully with any such process.
